#1 Perspective

            Is the glass half empty or half full? Is it partly cloudy or mostly sunny? These are the obvious examples of perspective. We are all aware, (on a limited level) that we make a determination base upon our mood, and belief, how to define certain aspects of our experience, and that definition determines how it fits into our life. What we may not be aware of is that the same ability to assign definition to certain conditions is true for all we know to be real. Everything we encounter has been assigned its definition and purpose by our own conscious processor. We decide what a thing means to us. It is our own unique way of looking at life that will give flavor and meaning to all that surround us. Without realizing what we are doing we design the components of our lives through our perspective, and create the conditions that travel with us on our journey with the only materials we have; our beliefs, thoughts, memories, and mental programs.

            This quote from Albert Einstein illustrates how our point of view plays an important role in what we accomplish. In most cases our belief in our ability will determine what endeavors we participate in, what field of study we choose, how we earn our living, the type and level of our contribution to society, the mate we choose, the type of interaction we have with others, how we raise our children, and what we pass on to them! Multiply this by all choices, by all humans, (living and passed) and you will get the world we live in today. Every choice we make send us in a direction, creating a new reality. Every new reality, created by all people, collectively shapes the world we live in. What we call history is all that we are aware of from our memory, and that which was told to us, as well as recorded events from before our life times, is the product of collective choices from all living people, based on their perspective at the time. Had perspectives been different, the world would have been different, and still would be today.
               
                Do we keep in mind that how we look at a subject is going to have such a strong impact on our lives, and the lives of all that occupy the planet? I think not. I will hazard a guess that we are mostly unaware of our own perspective most of the time.  We unconsciously drift through our lives making thousands of choices daily without focused intent then we blame the conditions of the day on powers we believe were beyond our control. We live in a society where most of us forfeit our creative control to the unknown faces that choose deliberately with purpose and intent. Sooner or later we look around and wonder; “How did I get here? This is not where I wanted to be! I didn’t choose this!”
 
                We make choices or decline to choose, based on our belief regarding the circumstance that presented us with an option. There are many varying conditions that affect the perspective we incorporate into our choices. They are; fear, anger, pride, confidence, doubt, pain, ignorance, hope, faith, optimism, gratitude, acceptance, etc, etc, etc.  These points of view are learned at an early age, as the result of our exposure to life’s circumstances while in the presence of other. We learn to react in a similar manner to those with whom we are growing. In turn, our teachers picked up their perspective from those that taught them, etc. Most of all we incorporate into our belief came from those before us going all the way back to the beginning of time. We sometimes have “ingrained” points of view that we can’t shake, realizing that they are irrational and do not serve us. We wonder why we think or act in a particular manner that doesn’t bring us what we are looking for. This is because of all the years of programming. Society has a collective memory that keeps getting handed down from generation to generation, changing very little along the way.
               
                To sum things up, all we see, hear feel, and know, has been determined by how we chose to look at it. The actual components of our life and circumstances we encounter are all present in our experience as the result of how we chose to view our life. Our immediate conscious aware thoughts plant seeds in our subconscious mind which in turn produces and creates all experience. We create our lives with our mind. We are the authors of the play we are living, and we write each line with thought. Live is Trinity: Thought, Action, Creation- Spirit, Mind, Body- Conscious, subconscious, super-conscious  Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
 
                In order to have the life we desire; health, happiness, prosperity, peace and love, we need to be aware of our perspectives, and align them with the outcome that we wish to have in our life. You can’t look at situations with negative perspective and expect to have positive experience. We need to be deliberate with our thoughts to create with intent. Complaining, feeling useless, being filled with doubt, skepticism, caution, and closed-mindedness, will never produce happy, prosperous, healthy lives. Our minds need to be in synch with our hopes and dreams. We need to welcome all possibility, believe in the power of thought, and think with purpose, and intent, and the life we unfold will be the life we desired.

      .

  • Forget everything you ever learned if it does not serve your desire.
  • Believe that all things are possible with faith.
  • Focus on the kind of life you want live, and think the thoughts that a person living that life would think.
  • Think about being grateful for the things you have, and also be thankful for the things you expect to get, and or achieve.
  • Allow others to believe in their dreams, and always encourage them.
  • Do not share your dreams with those that will not believe as you do
  • Be aware that thoughts are seeds of creation, and think with deliberate intent.
  • Never allow the perspective of another to be yours, unless it will bring you to where you want to be.
  • See life as you wish it to be, not as you were told it is.
